The purpose of the Administrative section is to organize the health department's resources so that they are primarily dedicated to the local support and enhancement of medical health and environmental health services which are community responsive and prevention oriented.
These duties shall be consistent with the statutory requirements of the WV Board of Health. Service shall be available to all citizens of the county without discrimination..
