Immunization Program:
Immunizations for preventable childhood/adult diseases are available for
eligible children and adults during our regular immunization clinic hours or by
appointment. Yearly
flu clinics are conducted onsite and throughout the community.
Family Planning Program:
Clinics are conducted by contracting clinicians for women who
are under-insured or who have no insurance for family planning
services. The women are provided a pap test, breast exam, blood screenings as
indicated, and birth control supplies. Cost is based on sliding fee scale.
Right From the Start
Program:
Supportive and
health-educational services for income-eligible pregnant women and their infants
up to one year of age.
Pediatric Screening
Program: Periodic well-child clinics
are conducted by contracting clinicians for eligible children. Examinations
include physical, vision, hearing checks, age-specific lab screening, developmental assessment, and immunizations as needed.
Breast and Cervical Cancer
Screening Program:
Periodic
clinics conducted by contracting-clinicians for income and age-eligible women to screen for breast and cervical
cancer. Patients receive a breast exam and pap test as indicated, and are
referred for follow-up services as needed.
Tuberculosis Screening:
PPD skin
testing for exposure to TB. Free x-ray clinic for positive results and
consult with physician through state program. Screening is provided during
regular immunization clinics and by appointment.
HIV:
Confidential counseling and HIV/AIDS blood testing
are offered by appointment.
STD: Confidential
counseling and STD testing are offered by appointment.
Blood Pressure/ Blood Sugar Determination:
Upon request.
